Features

Variable displacement dual pump with two axial cone-type piston rotating groups featuring swash plate design, designed for open-circuit hydrostatic transmission. Flow rate proportionally adjusts to input speed and displacement, offering stepless variation from Qv max to Qv min(0). Direct mounting capability on diesel engine flywheel housings. Integrated charge pump with shared suction port for dual circuit operation. Advanced control algorithms enabling multiple regulation modes (pressure/flow/power control). Independent power-limiting controller for optimized energy management. Built-in charge pump with pressure relief valve, optional auxiliary pressure reducing valve. Hydraulic oils
Before you start planning your project, please refer to our technical data sheets RC 90220
(mineral oils), RC 90221 (environmentally friendly hydraulic oils) and RC 90223 (HF hydraulic
oils) for detailed information on hydraulic oil selection and operating conditions.

A8VO variable displacement twin pumps are not suitable for use with HFA. If HFB, HFC and
HFD or environmentally friendly hydraulic oils are used, the restrictions on technical parameters and seals in RC 90221 and RC 90223 must be observed.
When ordering, please specify the hydraulic oil used.


Note:
Case drain temperature (affected by pressure and velocity) is always higher than control or tank temperature. Temperatures at no point in the system may exceed 115 ºC.

Filtration
The finer the filtration, the higher the cleanliness level of the hydraulic fluid and the longer the service life of the axial piston unit.
To ensure the functional reliability of the axial piston unit, the cleanliness level of the hydraulic fluid must be at least
20/18/15 according to ISO 4406.
At very high oil temperatures (90 ºC up to 115 ºC), the cleanliness level should be at least
19/17/14 according to ISO 4406.
